Now Hiring: Pickleball Lot Attendants at Wonderground Sports Complex (Downtown Spokane)
Part-Time | $16.66/hr + 5% Commission | Morning & Evening Shifts

Are you energetic, customer-focused, and love the game of pickleball? The Wonderground Sports Complex and Wondermarket team are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Lot Attendants for Spokane’s newest premier pickleball courts—located just across the street from the Wonderbuilding in the heart of downtown’s Arena District.

The Wonderbuilding features three unique bars, a massive event space, digital golf studios, and now: brand-new outdoor pickleball courts that are drawing players from across the city.

What You’ll Do:

Be the friendly face on the courts—greeting and assisting guests with top-notch customer service
Sign up new members and help them get started
Rent out paddles and equipment
Take and deliver food orders from Victory Burger across the street
Maintain and engage with our social media presence for the courts
Respond to online reviews and guest questions
Promote and sell monthly passes (earn 5% commission for every one you sell!)

What We’re Looking For:

Outgoing, positive attitude and great people skills
Basic computer and social media savvy
A love for pickleball or tennis is a big plus!
Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to be active outdoors
Able to work independently and think on your feet

Shifts & Schedule:

Opener: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Closer: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Shifts available 7 days a week
Best for part-time seekers (average 25–35 hours/week)

5% commission on monthly pass sales
